AI Saving Billions From Fraud.

The U.S. Treasury is using artificial intelligence (AI) to save a massive $4 billion in fiscal year 2024.

That’s six times more than what they saved last year.

Here’s how AI is making a difference:

  • Detecting risky transactions: Machine learning helps spot suspicious activity and block improper payments before they go through.

  • Identifying hidden patterns: AI can find risks that humans might miss, making fraud detection more precise.

  • Boosting efficiency: Faster and smarter screening methods mean quicker responses and better prevention.

And it’s not just the Treasury.

The IRS is also using AI to crack down on tax cheats.

Since late 2023, they’ve reclaimed $1.3 billion from high-earning tax dodgers.

  1. SaaS Entirely Built Using AI.

This is a tweet by Paul Couvert, an AI and tech educator.

He wrote, “Finalizing the creation of a SaaS entirely built using AI.

No templates, no developer advice, just hundreds of hours of practice.

(I can't write a single line of code myself).

Release in about a week.”

The motive of this tweet is to show how advanced AI is getting day by day.

People have been learning coding for years, yet you can make SaaS without knowing how to code with AI.

Bain & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, has announced an expanded partnership with OpenAI, the renowned artificial intelligence research company behind ChatGPT and other cutting-edge AI models like GPT-4o and OpenAI o1.

The organisation, which runs a UK hotline but also has a global remit, said almost all the content was found on publicly available areas of the internet and not on the dark web, which specialised browsers must access.

According to a recent survey by Wiley, 40 percent of respondents struggle to understand how to integrate AI into their daily routines, while an overwhelming 75 percent lack confidence in using the technology effectively.

The data, drawn from a survey of 2,005 individuals across North America, ranging from individual contributors to executives, highlight widespread difficulties in adopting artificial intelligence.
