Louis Lehot says, “In 2023, $7.5 billion was spent on GenAI, rising to $17 billion by August 2024, with a projection of $32.4 billion in 2025. 

Venture capital activity in GenAI saw 581 deals worth $9.3 billion in 2022, compared to 877 deals at $26 billion in 2023. By August 2024, 508 deals were valued at $23.9 billion, showing continued strong growth.”
