Grok has been in the headlines for wild answers and Musk’s bold claims. Now it takes another turn.
Musk released Grok 2.5 on Hugging Face for anyone to try.
Grok 3 will also be open sourced in about six months.
The license has limits, so it is not fully open.
Past versions sparked controversy with conspiracy theories and odd answers.
Critics say the latest Grok often mirrors Musk’s own posts.
OpenAI says SPV-based “exposure” to its stock is worthless.
SPVs pool outsider money but create messy ownership.
Anthropic is also blocking SPV investments.
Only direct, strategic capital will be accepted.
