Seems less likely that regulation for AI will be something that limits computation or bans exports or open source

Seems more likely regulation will tie some action an AI agent does to the human who pressed the Enter key putting it into motion

“Human in the loop” laws already exist in financial tech and I could see as agents become more powerful they will make the leap and it might actually be a good tool
