🚨 Mark Kelly wants AI guardrails
🧠 Trump turns AI into “SI”
💰 Anthropic gives startups free Claude
🛠️ 4 AI tools worth trying

Senator Mark Kelly is pushing a new AI bill focused on worker protection and safety.
His plan would create an AI Horizon Fund for retraining and job transition support.
He is also directly attacking Trump’s lighter-touch approach to AI regulation.
Would you trust AI more if the government regulated it harder? |

The Justice Department has been told to use “super intelligence” instead of “artificial intelligence.”
The new wording could even show up in official court filings.
That is awkward because “superintelligence” already means something much more advanced in AI research.
Renaming AI while resisting more regulation makes this feel more like messaging than technical clarity.
Anthropic is giving eligible startups a free year of Claude Team and $1,000 in API credits.
Founders also get access to Claude Marketplace and Anthropic’s Applied AI team.
The strategy is simple: get startups building on Claude before they get locked into a rival model.
The AI model race is starting to look less like a benchmark war and more like a distribution war.
